J Group Business Resources, LLC

Jayne L. Siersdorfer is the founder and CEO of J Group Business Resources, LLC. She emerged as a small business entrepreneur after concluding a corporate career that spanned more than 30 years and exposed her to both large, publicly-held and small, privately-held organizations.

She brings diverse leadership, change management and organization development experience to the organizations and teams that engage with her company. Her experience is widespread and encompasses management consulting, communications management, program and project management, operations management, client and vendor relationship management, customer service and commercial print.

Jayne was with BANK ONE CORPORATION in Columbus for 14 years and held various management and change agent positions in both the investment management and information technology subsidiaries. She provided leadership for several strategic initiatives, which encompassed implementing Internet applications, defining national operating models, creating national communication strategies, developing business requirements for core processing systems and developing product strategies.

Prior to joining BANK ONE, Jayne was with Dollar Savings & Trust Company (now National City Bank) in Youngstown, Ohio for 17 years. While there she held various operations management, project management, and training and client service positions. While in Youngstown, she also served as president for the Youngstown Chapter of the American Institute of Bankers, president for the National Association of Bank Women, Penn-Ohio Chapter and as a trustee for the YWCA in Youngstown.

Her small business experience includes directing marketing communications a privately-owned construction company, overseeing customer service for a Columbus-based commercial print distributor and consulting with a Michigan-based management development company.

Jayne is a cum laude graduate of Otterbein College and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Organizational Communication. She is also a graduate and former instructor of the American Institute of Banking and tutored in Columbus City Schools. Jayne is affiliated with International Association of Business Communicators.
